“Cowboy” wins 2004 NGSPA Region 11 All Age Championship

Robert’s Royal Wrangler “Cowboy” owned by Dale Roberts of Seminole, TX and Terry Zygalinski of Watsonville, CA won the 2004 Region 11 All Age Championship, a qualifier for the NGSPA National Championship.
